Rosario, Jr. during his arrival at the 532nd Operation Squadron Ramp, Edwin Andrews Air Base, Sta. Maria, Zamboanga City. Brig. Gen. Dennis Estrella, the Wing Commander together with Col. “Every second counts, hence, you must give your best in everything that you do because when time passes, you will not be able to bring it back. Strive harder so that when you look back, you will not have any regret. Live life meaningfully and you can do that by following the 5Ps systematically. In everything you do, you must Plan, Prepare, and then Perform but don’t forget to take a break and Play. Most of all, don’t forget to look up to Him and Pray.”
Along with Lt. Gen. Rosario, Jr. during the visit were three of his primary staff, his wife, and his daughter.
Upon his return to the command on the same afternoon, Lt. Gen. Rosario, Jr. had his Commander’s Time with the enlisted personnel and civilian human resources of WestMinCom.
According to the three-star general, this would be the last time that he will be able to spend quality time with the organic personnel of the command as the coming days will be loaded with pre-retirement activities. He took the opportunity to express his heartfelt gratitude to the troops for their invaluable contribution to the mission accomplishment of the command and his successful stint as commander of WestMinCom.
